AmpliHub provides custom digital services, therefore refunds are handled carefully and transparently.

1. General Policy

Payments made for services are generally non-refundable, as work begins immediately after payment.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • No work has started on the project
  • AmpliHub is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed or partially completed work
  • Client delays or change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences
  • Failure to provide required information

4. Milestone-Based Projects

  • Completed milestones are non-refundable
  • Refunds, if approved, apply only to unpaid or unused milestones

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact us before initiating chargebacks.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and legal action.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
