1. Services

AmpliHub provides:

• Website development
• Software development
• AI automation solutions
• Digital consulting services

All services are custom, project-based, and digitally delivered.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or enter into a contract with us.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond in a timely manner for project requirements
• Review deliverables and provide feedback within agreed timelines

Delays caused by the client may affect delivery schedules.

4. Payments

• Payments may be required upfront, milestone-based, or full payment depending on the project agreement
• All prices are quoted in the agreed currency
• Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways
• Failure to make payments may result in project suspension or termination

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed
• AmpliHub retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing

6. Revisions & Scope Changes

• Revisions are limited to what is agreed in the project scope
• Additional features or changes outside scope may incur extra charges

7. Limitation of Liability

AmpliHub shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Issues caused by third-party services or client-provided materials

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Terms are violated
• Payments are not made
• Illegal or unethical activities are involved

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Sri Lanka, unless otherwise required by mandatory international regulations.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
